Goods & Services

All products are sold subject to availability. Acceptance of your order will be confirmed by email or telephone. We will notify you if an item is unavailable or out of stock. If an item is unavailable you may either request a refund or an alternative item at your sole discretion. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of an expected delivery date and you may either wait for the item to come into stock or request a full refund.

We will endeavour to ship your item either on the day of order or next working day. All items despatched to addressess in the UK will be sent via first class post unless otherwise notified in writing. We will ship items overseas but you will need to contact us to confirm additional postage costs. Any cost must be paid prior to despatch. Despatch times may vary according to availability. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure. We are entitled to refuse any special postage request made by you.

Returns and Cancellation

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be notified in writing (post or email) and the goods returned at your cost. Please note that items must be returned in original packaging (including any labels) and must be in saleable condition. You may request either a full refund or an alternative item (subject to availability). We reserve the right to charge postage on replacement items but will confirm this at the time a replacement is requested. In the event an order is cancelled prior to the goods being despatched, a full refund will be made. When shopping with Exclusively Equestrian you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods or services are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your request and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods, services.
